For
Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android, if the app prompts you to purchase a subscription even though you have already paid, it typically means that your account has not yet been recognized. You will need to sign in to the application so it can properly detect and activate your subscription.
- Go tap the triple dot on the upper right part of the application.
- Click settings
- Go to Account & Subscription and you will find an option to Sign in your Account
- make sure you sign in using the same account you use on purchasing the subscription.
