I am adding a new laptop to my service. I have tried all three options: 1) Send an email with the button that loads the installer on the new laptop when the email is opened on that device; 2) Copy the link to load the installer on the new device; 3) Download the installer on a usb device and access it from the new device.
Option 1) Upon clicking the button do download the installer, a new browser tab attempts to open but immediately shuts down/goes away. NOTHING HAPPENS.
Option 2) I open the installer link that was sent by email and opened on the new device. Upon clicking on the link - NOTHING HAPPENS.
Options 3) THE INSTALLER FAILS TO DOWNLOAD TO MY PERFECTLY GOOD USB THUMB DRIVE>
PATHETIC! Does anyone know if Windows is blocking the installer on the new device? Option 3 is inexcusable - nothing to do with the new device, it just says that the installer failed to download.
