Hi, I recently bought a HP Pavilion Plus and installed Trend Micro Security plan. I have scanned everything it required and there is always a POOR report. It still finds new things to remove in the laptop. I am not a savvy user being nearly 70 years old. I just have minimal usage. I removed the junk files and some large media files. But it also wants me to remove the Windows Apps, I have an earlier version 2010, and I am not technical, so I can read its suggestions to remove this program or that program, I really have no idea if it is going to mess up my laptop usage.
