trend micro internet security scan quck and full returns message no treats found. still getting malware popup messages.

Do I have to do something additional to eliminate malware popup messages?  I've scanned, same message, no threats or problems found, but keep getting pop up messages with that state my PC is infected, or my antivirus software has expired.

My Trend Micro page states it does not expire until 9/30/2023.

How do I eliminate the malware popups???
