How can I recover my account that had 2-factor attached, but no longer have access to that authentication app?

Hello, for security reasons, resetting two-factor authentication (2FA) requires assistance from Trend Micro Support. Please contact us via chat so we can securely reset your 2FA: Chat with Trend Micro Support | Trend Micro Help Center. This will allow you to regain access to your Trend Micro account. Once the reset is complete, you can log in and set up 2FA again with your preferred method.
