So I was really sick last year, and missed the auto renewal at your scam inflated price. Loyal customer for 20+ years. I didn't miss your scam inflated renewal price this year. $160 for 12 months instead of $45?
So we have got that refund processed. Now I want a refund of the money you stole off me last year. It's not a valid product sale if your third party digital river doesn't follow its own autorenewal terms and conditions that state a notification must be sent with the price before the renewal date.
I see other people mention the same issue here. Your consumer support is pathetic on this issue too.
