Geek Squad just confirmed I have the latest version&subscription is up to date. They Uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version and ALL other functions of my Trend Micro work. After a PC scan & a Full scan, I try to change over to the Security Page, but the Security Button does nothing.
The same version on my other TWO devices work fine.....I have a new Dell Laptop so it's not the computer.
Why is my "Security Button" ~ frozen?
