Hi @rglimpse55,

Your wife can set up Face ID on her own iPhone for her use. If she has access to the password manager and wants to use it, she would need to configure Face ID for the password manager app specifically on her device. However, if you are both using the same subscription, only one face can be registered.

To activate facial recognition on Trend Micro Password Manager for iOS, follow these steps:

1. Open Trend Micro Password Manager: Launch the app on your iOS device.
2. Go to Settings: Tap on the menu icon (usually represented by three lines or a gear) to access the settings.
3. Enable Face ID: Look for the option labeled "Face ID" or "Biometric Login" and toggle it on. You may need to authenticate with your master password first.
4. Confirm Setup: Follow any additional prompts to complete the setup.

Once enabled, you can use Face ID to log in to Trend Micro Password Manager.

On a shared iPad, Face ID typically supports only one face configuration, so using a password or passcode might be more practical for accessing the password manager.

Got it. Looks like with the single shared subscription, she is stuck typing in the master password/passcode. But we appreciate the prompt reply.
