Typically, you only need your Trend Micro account password to access it. Also, ensure your software is up to date. Currently, exporting data from the vault isn't available due to security measures to protect your information. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Maximum Security should not require you to uninstall and reinstall the app to continue using your subscription. It appears that the app may have encountered a sign-in or licensing synchronization issue, which prevented it from properly recognizing your active subscription and caused the premium features message to appear unexpectedly.
We're glad you were able to regain access by reinstalling the app, but we understand this is not the experience you expected. To help us investigate further and prevent the issue from happening again, could you please let us know the version of the Trend Micro app installed on your phone and tablet, as well as the operating system versions of those devices?
