We already checked the settings before but we didn't find any Security Report-related option from the application.
We are managing several machines from them. The other machines have reports from the Trend Micro Security Report, however, 2 of the Mac machines have no data shown.
We were advised that it would take a month for the report to be reflected but it has been more than a month already but still nothing was shown.
OS: MacOS Sonoma
We were advised by one of the chat support agents that it would take a month before the machine reports to the Trend Micro Security Report. It has been more than a month already since we uninstalled and reinstalled the Trend Micro agent.
