I purchased Trendmicro Security at the beginning of the year to protect my computer and other home devices I plugged it into my then modem an and the WiFi all worked well. However my internet provider gave me a new 4G modem. I have connected the Trendmicro box to the new modem and now I have issues with various devices.  My Android phone and google home is blocked by Trendmicro. The only way I can ensure all my devices ha e access to WiFi is to disconnect the Trendmicro box from the modem.  Now I am concerned that I am left exposed without WiFi protection.  What am I doing wrong and how cam use Trendmicro in harmony with all my home devices.
