Edge browser restart pop-up message is coming up again. Obviously, it was solved in the previous version, 17.7.1968. However, the 17.8.1121 version is coming out again. Please compare these two versions of the sauce and make a patch. And the pop-up message patches I made before are all patches that don't even run now. Please delete it all. Counselors misunderstand it as a patch that solves it and give it a link. And it's good to release a new version. But shouldn't the new version at least fix the previous bug? And what are the counselors guilty of? Why complain about old patches that don't even work? Shouldn't we delete what the developers can't do and quickly make a new patch and distribute it? I beg you.

but I will find and report the conditions that occur today. In the case of me, 
I am using a laptop and I am using wireless internet through Wi-Fi. 
When you boot up for the first time and run Edge right away, a pop-up message appears. 
However, after booting for the first time and running Edge after some time and about a few minutes, 
the pop-up message does not appear.Please check if it comes out only for old laptops. The toolbar is the same whether it is on or off.
