    Hi thanks for the advice, I went one step further, I uninstalled it and resent the share/link to the device, reinstalled it and its up and running correctly now.

    I have installed TM on another device and an error appears when trying to enable Dtect Web Threats.

    When i tick the Detect Web Threats box a msg appears:

    • "Unable to make the requested change. Select a different setting and try again. If the problem persists please contact Trend Micro for help"

    Does anyone know how can I rectify this?
