RE: password manager renewal
Why don't they just come clean and say that only the free version of Password Manager is available, and it wont log you in. That their new program ID Protection that replaced must not have been tested because I can't get into any of my passwords. I followed all instructions and I can't find ID protection anywhere on my dash board. Probably 25 years ago I switched from Norton because I could not talk to anyone and their emails etc faqs were not helpful. TrendMicro was great! Now not so much--unhelpful help pages can't get anyone on the phone. Poorly executed up/downgrades all with the privilege of paying twice as much as new subscribers. Way to reward long time users. I am so unhappy and frankly pissed off at the amount of wasted time the last 2 days trying to fix this situation. Need to find a new upstart that cares about it's clients.
