This seems to be a bit of a risky update to me. I'm not sure I have the confidence to fix a dodgey update with another update.
I would like to see some comments by other users before verifying that this update is going to fix the other update. I haven't seen an explanation on just what the original update was for and why it failed, not to solve the original problem, but what the replacement update is going to do to fix the issue. I think a bit more explanation is require before installing the new update.
