I have purchased a Samsung GalaxyA36 5G to replace my Old android phone which was protected by Trend Micro. I now want to add this protection to my new phone.
I have gone through the process of installing the Trend Micro App on my new phone and get to the last step and getting to adding a activation code. On entering the only code I have it gives me the message Oops. Something went wrong. This activation code has been activated with another user account.
Where do i find the appropriate code?
