RE: pop ups to renew subscription that is already renewed
Hi there,
Thank you for renewing your subscription to keep your devices protected. Since you are being asked for payment again, here’s what you can do:
1. Verify that your subscription is active:
a. Sign in to your TrendLife account.
b. Go to the Licenses tab and check your Subscription Status.
c. Confirm that the expiration date reflects your recent renewal.2. Make sure you are using the correct activation code:
a. Open your Trend Micro program/application.
b. Locate the Subscription Information by clicking the expiration date in the lower-right corner.
c. Check whether the activation code you renewed is being used on your devices.
d. If a different activation code is being used, select Change your activation code.
e. Enter the renewed activation code from your confirmation email.
f. Restart the program/application.3. Confirm that the renewal notification corresponds to the subscription you recently renewed. You may have multiple subscriptions on your account.
