  • Dead end for tech/renewal support

    I don't know how to contact Trend to renew my subscription. I have tried renewal online numerous times, with a 500 Server not found notification. I have called every tech support number I could find, only to be hung up on. I have tried logging in, but since subscription expired yesterday (10/1/24) with NO notification I might add, there is no record of my account, so I can't even create a new account using any of my emails. How do I get hold of anyone at Trend who can help with my renewal? What has happened at Trend, who used to be known for outstanding customer support?
