pay guard for online banking and paypal
Hi Team, could you please provide some help for issues with Pay Guard for some online banking and PayPal transactions.
Pay Guard automatically opens in Microsoft Edge version 126.0.2592.113 on a windows laptop.
For online banking the window freezes, enters the wheel of death or logs out when trying to access statements and make payments.
For PayPal, the window launches and allows me to get to the last step, before returning to the vendor site, then returns an error 'oops something went wrong'. In this case sometimes the information has passed and updated in the online store checkout, but not for all. There doesn't seem to be a pattern for this one.
It's quite frustrating to waste time duplicating the transaction, navigating away from Pay Guard completely, or having to complete the transaction on a different device.
Any help is appreciated.
