    "Unable to Continue" error message while using the Scan Website feature in Safari on your mobile device.

     

     

    Product experts have identified the root cause of this problem. The iOS 17.3 OS version update introduced a change related to NSExtensionJavaScriptPreprocessingFile, which directly affects the functionality of the SafeSurfing extension used for website scanning.

     

     

    Bug Fix

     

    Trend Micro has reconfigured the affected function to ensure compatibility with the iOS 17.3 OS version. Now, you can seamlessly continue scanning websites in Safari without encountering any "Unable to Continue" error messages.
