• Important Notice: Password Manager License May Show Incorrect Expiry

    Hi everyone,

We're currently seeing reports from users that their Trend Micro Password Manager license appears expired, even though their subscription is still active.

    Why This Happens

This may be due to a syncing issue, expired subscription, or an outdated app version.

    What You Can Do

Here’s a quick overview of what to check:

    • Confirm your subscription status in your Trend Micro Account.
    • If Password Manager is bundled with your Maximum Security, make sure the main license is active.
    • If it's a standalone subscription, verify your purchase and renewal through your app store or retailer.
    • Sign out and back in to refresh the license.
    • Make sure you're using the latest version.
    • Reinstall the app if needed.
