Password Manager April 2025

  1. Important Notice: Password Manager License May Show Incorrect Expiry

    TM_FG – Mon, 14 Apr 2025 00:00:00 GMT – 0

    Hi everyone,

We're currently seeing reports from users that their Trend Micro Password Manager license appears expired, even though their subscription is still active.

    Why This Happens

This may be due to a syncing issue, expired subscription, or an outdated app version.

    What You Can Do

Here’s a quick overview of what to check:

    • Confirm your subscription status in your Trend Micro Account.
    • If Password Manager is bundled with your Maximum Security, make sure the main license is active.
    • If it's a standalone subscription, verify your purchase and renewal through your app store or retailer.
    • Sign out and back in to refresh the license.
    • Make sure you're using the latest version.
    • Reinstall the app if needed.

For detailed step-by-step instructions, check out this article from our Help Center: Trend Micro Password Manager License Expiry Date Was Not Extended
