I have noticed that with new products you tend to demand the wright to keep credit card details in order to auto renew subscription at the end of each term. At 83 years ago I do not want you to keep my details, so how about an easy way of getting around this.

Hi @davejean ,

There is an option to turn off the automatic renewal on the shopping cart in your region. Here are the steps:

  1. Click on the Auto-Renewal ON button under the product name on the shopping cart.
  2. At the bottom part of the pop-up, tick the circle for Off Month Subscription - .
  3. Click the Update button to save changes.

If by chance the automatic renewal is enabled after your purchase, you may refer here.
