This app does me no good

I've had this app now for about 6 months maybe a little longer will not renew my membership this app is not protect my phone with my tablet I have several viruses on his phone and on the tablet as well and what I try to go through the prompts on it on the app I get stuck it won't go forward so I would not use his app again and I will not buy it again I will continue on using until my membership run out but I will not renew my membership with this
