Since there is a detection from Email Defender, it is possible that the content of the email is malicious.If you really want to turn off the feature, you may disable it temporarily, but it is recommended to enable it again for your protection. Kindly check our help center guide below on how to Turn OFF/ON the feature.

You can download Trend Micro Maximum Security on My Trend Micro Account - Access features and subscriptions. Just sign in your Trend Micro account using your email and password. Then look for "Download" tab on upper left part besides "Licenses". Under "Download" tab, look for "Maximum Security" or "Protect your device", then click " Download" and then, "Download to this device" or you can visit Quick Help | Trend Micro Help Center look for "Download Maximum Security". -

Here's the best way to guide them to reset their Instagram password:
Option 1: Through the Instagram App (Most Common)
- Open the Instagram App: Launch the Instagram app on their smartphone or tablet.
- Go to the Login Screen: If they're already logged in, they'll need to log out first to reach the login screen.
- Tap "Forgot password?" or "Get help signing in": This option is usually located below the login fields.
- Enter Account Information: They will be prompted to enter their:
- Username
- Email address associated with the account
- Phone number associated with the account
- Choose a Reset Method: Instagram will then offer to send a login link or a security code to their registered email or phone number. They should choose the method they have access to.
- Check Email/SMS: They need to check their email inbox (including spam/junk folders) or their phone's SMS messages for a message from Instagram.
- Click the Reset Link or Enter Code:
- If they received a link: They should click on the "Reset your password" button or link in the email. This will take them to a page where they can create a new password.
- If they received a code: They should enter the code into the Instagram app when prompted.
- Create a New Password: They will then be asked to enter and confirm a new, strong password.
- Confirm and Log In: Once they've set a new password, they can log in to their Instagram account.
Option 2: Through a Web Browser (Desktop or Mobile)
- Go to the Instagram Website: Visit instagram.com in their preferred web browser.
- Click "Forgot password?": This link is typically found on the login page.

- Click "Send Login Link": Instagram will send a password reset link to their registered email or phone.
