Important: Password Manager Ends Support!
Trend Micro Password Manager has stopped working starting November 16, 2025. To keep using a password manager, move your passwords and notes to Trend Micro ID Protection as soon as you can! For more information, click here ↗
Trend Micro will be ending the Password Manager service on November 16, 2025. Once the service officially ends, the app and all its features (like viewing, saving, and auto filling passwords) will no longer be available. You will also no longer receive updates or support for the app after that time.
Starting October 16, 2025, in-app (monthly) subscriptions for Password Manager will be discontinued and automatically canceled.
You will no longer be charged for your subscription.
Your access to the app and stored passwords will end after cancellation.

If you’re using one of the following subscriptions, ID Protection is already included—no extra cost needed:
You do not need to reinstall Trend Micro if it is already installed on your computer. If you have purchased a new subscription, you can simply follow the steps below to update the serial number in your existing Trend Micro Maximum Security installation—no reinstallation required: How to Easily Change Your Trend Micro Activation Code on Windows | Trend Micro Help Center
However, if Trend Micro Maximum Security is not currently installed on your device, you will need to install it using the link below:
Thank you for your response. There's no license associated with the newly created account. To activate your subscription on your devices, please ensure that you sign in using the email address where the license is registered. Once you are logged in with the correct email, the subscription should appear and activate accordingly.

Please open your Trend Micro ID Protection and sign in to your vault. Once signed in, you can click the “Add Password” button to manually add your passwords. Alternatively, after setting up ID Protection, you can simply sign in to your preferred websites. ID Protection will automatically prompt you to save your login credentials. Make sure that the Trend Micro ID Protection browser extension is installed and enabled on your browser for this feature to work properly.
