Hello

Please check the operating system on your Mac. To do this, click the Apple logo in the upper-left corner of your screen, then select About This Mac.

Verify whether your macOS version is one of the unsupported versions listed below:
Monterey (12.0), Big Sur (11.0), Catalina (10.15), Mojave (10.14), High Sierra (10.13), Sierra (10.12), or earlier.
If your Mac is running any of these versions, it means your operating system does not meet the system requirements to update Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac.

If your Mac is running an unsupported version, please upgrade to one of the supported macOS versions below:

  • macOS Tahoe (26.0)
  • macOS Sequoia (15.0)
  • macOS Sonoma (14.0)
  • macOS Ventura (13.0)

iPhone has not updated after renewal; it’s been over 48hrs
Posted Tue, 24 Mar 2026 01:56:15 GMT by TM_Ina
Hello,

If your iPhone subscription has not updated after renewal, please note that in some cases it can take up to 24–48 hours for the status to sync. Since it has already been over that time, we recommend refreshing the activation on your device or confirming your renewal status in your Trend Micro account.

You can follow the official steps in this Help Center article to resolve the issue:

Why Does My Trend Micro Subscription Still Show As Expired? | Trend Micro Help Center

We hope this helps.
