It would be really useful if the scan check told me specifically which app is of concern and should be removed All I get is "all apps". and generic information. I already removed the games that came with system updates.

For the Uninstallation Recommended notice, you can choose which apps to trust and then remove the remaining apps that are recommended for deletion.
