My mobile phone (Android - Samsung A52)  is protected by trendmicro
Since a view weeks it shows a message protecting is not 100% save because some allows is needet 

If I look what happen or whats the problem, I always see the program doesn't remember his rights.
Every day I have to do this again. 
That sucks

How can I solve this problem?

Please check if you have successfully activated Trend Micro Mobile Security on your phone.

Also, verify if your Trend Micro Mobile Security version is 16.2.0.5294. If it’s not, kindly follow the instructions in this link to update: How to get the latest version of Mobile Security on Android | Trend Micro Help Center

I’ve signed into your website two times and when I look for more information suddenly I’m signed out. Why does this keep happening

This happens to me also, and is very, Very irritating. 
Sometimes, it's a daily occurrence, and other times a month can go by.
