To refresh emails and allow email to come through in the r mail app, I need to turn off web guard

Experiencing similar problems with email syncing after the iOS update when Web Guard is enabled. Disabling Web Guard temporarily resolves the issue, but it's inconvenient. Looking forward to a fix in the next update.

Please make sure that your Trend Micro Mobile Security app is updated to the latest version.

If the issue happens only when Web Guard is on, try turning it off temporarily and check if the email works. If it does, reinstall Web Guard by turning it off and back on again in the app settings.
