Make sure you have stable and fast internet connection. Make sure your outlook and Trend Micro Mobile Security are updated.

I've definitely been there with Outlook email issues and it's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to send important messages. Last month I spent hours troubleshooting when my work emails weren't going through, only to discover it was a server configuration problem. I tried everything from checking my internet connection to updating the app, but eventually had to contact IT support. They fixed it by adjusting some SMTP settings that were beyond my technical knowledge.

Have you checked your SMTP settings and internet connection? Sometimes Outlook can't send emails if the outgoing server settings are incorrect.

Yeah, Outlook can be really picky with this. I’d double-check the SMTP (outgoing server) settings first, because if even one detail is wrong it won’t send emails. Also try signing out and back into your account or restarting Outlook.
