Hi, I recently bought a Surface Laptop 7 (Win 11 ARM build) from Best Buy. Included with the purchase is 6-months of Trend Micro Internet security for 3 devices. I was already a Trend user on my Win 10 PC so was happy to get the bundle and use that.
However, I cannot seem to install "Internet Security" on the Surface. When logged in to the trend portal and clicking the download link for "Internet Security" it instead downloads and installer for "Maximum Security." That installer completes and Maximum security installs properly, but it has no activation details, nor an expiration date, and I was never prompted to enter an activation code. I also see nothing about that in my Trend online account portal.
The only links I see in the download portal for any version are seemingly x86/x64 builds. And because the Online portal installs the Maximum Security version I don't have a subscription to that and thus it'll expire at some point and isn't what I got in my bundle.
So my question is: How do I get the Trend Internet Security 64bit ARM builds for Windows downloaded onto my surface so that I can link it with my Trend account and see it in my device list / manage subscriptions going forward? Or, is Internet Security not compatible with the Win11 ARM PCs and thus Best Buy put together a useless bundle for the flagship Microsoft laptop?
