Problem using League of Legends

Hi,
I am regularly playing the game "League of Legends" (LOL) with Trend Micro on without issues.
Since Saturday (26th July), the game indicates me that it cannot run without Vanguard on (Vanguard is a software embedded within League of Legends to prevent cheaters) and therefore did now allowed me to play it anymore.
I can only run League of Legends now when I disable Trend Micro so I suppose the issue comes from the antivirus software.
I tried to put the game and the different executables recommended by Riot game (provider of LOL) in the list of exception but it still does not work.
If someone can help me.

Please try to re-install your Trend Micro
Install Trend Micro Security | Trend Micro Help Center
and put your games into exception list
