restart pop up issue on microsoft edge

Hello, I have inquired several times in the past because of the pop-up issue, 
but I will find and report the conditions that occur today. In the case of me, 
I am using a laptop and I am using wireless internet through Wi-Fi. 
When you boot up for the first time and run Edge right away, a pop-up message appears. 
However, after booting for the first time and running Edge after some time and about a few minutes, 
the pop-up message does not appear.Please check if it comes out only for old laptops. The toolbar is the same whether it is on or off.

I have already raised the issue of pop-up issues several times and explained the conditions and causes that occur. 
But you guys only tell me to do live chat, which doesn't work, and don't think about solving the problem. 
Now they don't even respond and just ignore me. It's really rude and senseless. 
I really look back at my posts and I'm tired of saying the same thing anymore. 
I will never use this antivirus program again.
