Microsoft Surface Pro does not install Trend Micro Maximum Security. Why?

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro|Copilot+ PC|13" OLED|Snapdragon® X Elite|16GB|512GB SSD|11th Edition tablet computer.

I would install the Trend Micro Maximum Security 17.8 Windows version that I have a subscription for. It has an activation code.
The system requirements of the program:
- At least a 1 GHz processor (supports ARM-based processors)
- At least 2 GB of RAM
- Windows 10, 11, or a later version

Unfortunately, when I install it, it stops with an error message.
It says, "The application cannot be run on this device."

The tablet meets the specified system requirements!

I have tried both 32 and 64 bit versions. Even downloading from the Trend Micro account didn't work.

What could be the problem?

I'm waiting for a reply.

There is another post on here that they state they don;t support the Snapdragon yet.

Currently, we do not have specific support for Snapdragon processors. However, we do offer support for ARM-based Windows computers with our Maximum Security application. For Windows devices, we support processors with a minimum speed of 1 GHz.
