RE: Messages from Samsung to update terms
Hey there, it’s totally normal to get those reminders! Samsung updates its terms for things like new features or legal stuff. If nothing happened when you clicked, it might be a small glitch, or the update hasn’t fully rolled out yet.
No need to stress, just check it out when you can. Restarting your device or manually checking for updates might help.
If clicking on the notification doesn't work, here are a few steps you can try:
-Restart your device: A simple restart can often fix minor glitches.
-Check for software updates: Go to Settings > Software Update to see if there are any pending updates.
-Clear the app cache: Navigate to Settings > Apps, find the relevant app, and clear the cache. You're all good, just stay on top of it when you can.

RE: Spam / Inappropriate mail
Hey there! Here are a few tips that might help you stop them right away:
- Block Senders: Use this feature to stop emails from repeat offenders.
- Mark as Spam: This helps your email provider learn what to filter out in the future.
- Unsubscribe Carefully: Use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom, but be cautious with suspicious emails, as clicking unsubscribe can sometimes confirm your address to spammers.
- Adjust Your Spam Filters: Make sure your spam filters are set up properly.
- Use a Secondary Email: Consider using a secondary email address for sign-ups and less important communications. This can help keep your primary inbox cleaner.

RE: ARM64 processor support
Hi,
We currently don't support ARM or Snapdragon processors for our Windows products. Our system requirements specify a minimum of 1 GHz processor, except for Intel Apollo Lake, ARM, and Snapdragon processors. For devices with ARM-based processors, we recommend downloading Trend Micro directly from your Trend Micro account at account.trendmicro.com.
While we don't have a specific ETA for ARM64 support on Dell Latitude 5545 with Snapdragon, we're continuously working to improve our compatibility. We suggest checking our website or contacting our support team periodically for updates on processor support.
