Our designated team is already fixing the issue on the backend, and an investigation is still ongoing to determine what caused this issue. As a workaround, you can follow the following steps to unsubscribe:
Unsubscribing from Community Profile
- Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
- Click your profile photo, and choose Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Notifications & Preferences tab.
- Turn off email notifications using the toggle switch. Click the Save Notification Preferences button after making changes.
Unsubscribing to Community Topics
- Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
- Scroll down to Pick a Topic and click View all topics.
- Choose the topic you want to unfollow.
- Click the Unfollow button.
