Hi @billbateyiii,
After investigating, here's an update from our developers: You can still install and use the Trend Micro Toolbar in the Brave browser even though it wasn't originally included in our supported browsers. However, while some features might function correctly, we can't guarantee that all features will work seamlessly because we haven't extensively tested the Toolbar with Brave. To utilize the Pay Guard feature, ensure that your default browser settings are set to one of our supported browsers.
Best Regards.

Hi @kse,
Unfortunately the instructions that you have replied with was already 6 months ago and this will not work anymore since we are now in version 17.8.1192 that possibly resolves this concern. However, we understand where are you coming from and auto renewal decision is beyond our control and we respect your decision on that.
Thank you so much!
Hi @giguerejeanmarc,

We completely understand your confusion regarding the latest update. Could you please verify that there are no pending Windows updates on each device? When Trend Micro releases the 17.8 upgrade, Microsoft also releases their Windows update. If there's an outstanding Windows update, the functionality may be affected, as both Windows update and Trend Micro often depend on each other for better performance.
We'll await for your response!
@ebenezerpuplampu Since Mac OS Sonoma is not yet officially released and the beta version is made available for testing only, there is no compatibility as of now, but Trend Micro is ready and waiting once the official version of this Operating System is released in the market.
Thank you for your understanding!
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
Thank you for verifying it with us. Trend Micro will release a new version that will be compatible with the latest Mac OS, Sonoma. We are also preparing and conducting different compatibility test with Sonoma while this is still in beta testing, and once it is fully available, we will release the updated version that supports the Sonoma OS.
Hope this helps.
