Our designated team is already fixing the issue on the backend, and an investigation is still ongoing to determine what caused this issue. As a workaround, you can follow the following steps to unsubscribe: 

Unsubscribing from Community Profile

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
  2. Click your profile photo, and choose Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3.  Click the Notifications & Preferences tab.
  4. Turn off email notifications using the toggle switch. Click the Save Notification Preferences button after making changes.

 

 

Unsubscribing to Community Topics

 

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
  2. Scroll down to Pick a Topic and click View all topics.
  3. Choose the topic you want to unfollow.
  4. Click the Unfollow button.
