I tried to review the history of the subscription you have, it appears that there's only a slight delay with the update of the expiry date for the subscription that starts with XHMF and ends with 2235.

 

Nobody from our end corrected this error. so it is most likely a system delay.
We do apologies though. regardless.
 

Is everything settled now?
