Folder Shield is blocking PowerShell because it’s trying to create or run a .ps1 script in a protected folder. This is expected behavior—PowerShell is often targeted by malware, so Folder Shield treats it cautiously.
This doesn’t automatically mean it’s malicious. It can be normal if it’s related to a trusted app, Windows task, or software install/update. If you recognize the source process, it’s likely safe.
If you don’t recognize what triggered it, keep it blocked and run a full scan. Only add an exception if you’re sure the script and application are legitimate.
Folder Shield is basically doing its job by alerting you.
