I have paid for this to replace my Password format but it is not working.

If it still doesn’t work, I’d recommend reaching out to the product’s customer support with your purchase details — they can usually fix activation problems Sprunki Game pretty quickly.

I called and was told my US-purchased Maximum Security 5-user subscription license with 485 days left was not eligible for including Trend Micro ID Protection after a few times having to leave the line to "research.". Yet the page for Password Manager end of service notice page in Help Center says it is included for " Maximum Security (available for US and Canada customers)." That is what I am and have. She then told me to renew the license for another year and that would then include Trend Micro ID Protection!
