trend micro blocking metamask extension on chrome

When I open chrome browser to the default google webpage, I get a block from trend micro antivirus+ saying its a phishing site (http://metamask.github.io/phishin-warning/v3.0.0/service-worker.js) I suspect it's the metamask extension as it only comes up with users with the extension. It happens on a different computer too. Is it a false positive?

I'm having the same issue?
Be doing it now for 2months approximately
How to stop this? stops me from signing in to my metamask wallet?

Can you provide the exact site or details of the Trend Micro detection about the Phishing site so we can check on our end.

Also, you mentioned that you suspect that it is caused by the metamask extension, have you tried removing the extension for isolation to see it the issue detection would come up.
