Just to clarify, are you able to open the Trend Micro main console? If yes, does it show "Protected"?
About the Mobile Security, if it's still showing the old expiration date, try following the steps to sign out and sign back in on the Trend Micro account.
- Open Trend Micro Mobile Security
- Go to Settings
- Under Account & Subscription, tap Trend Micro Account
- Tap Account Control then tap Sign out
- Entre your Trend Micro Account password
- Once successfully signed out, sign back in using your Trend Micro credentials.
- Check if the expiration date is now updated.
