I agree about difficulty of installation.  I purchased the Premium Security package, and din't know I had to download 4 different components.  The helpline helped me figure that one out. Then I had to configure each of the 4 components separately.<br> Then, when I shared them to my other two devices I had to go thru the same thing again.  VERY CUMBERSOME, and the setup windows differ from Windows to IOS to IPAD.<br> Can you not standardize the experience? Why can you not link all to a common link "Premium Security Package"?<br> <br> and please add info the the purchase page that you have to download each component separately.  I downloaded the Maximum Security becuase there wasnt a link for the High Security Package.<br> And, I'm sure each of my other 3 family members will have the same unpleasant experience.<br> These difficulties make it unlikely that I will renew when my initial purchase period expires, or that I will recommend it to anyone else.<br>  
Also the site does not allow for non-American info - e.g. my health info is Canadian
