1) When I'm trying to activate the coverage on my new Mac, I receive the following error message:

You can’t open the application “TrendMicro_17.8_EL_Full.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS.

2) Nothing happens when I click on the "Manage Devices" button also. I can't add my new Mac for coverage.

What to do? I've searched all the help links I could find.
