I've used Trend micro for the past few years, this is the first time I've experienced getting notifications that "I'm not fully protected" every few days. Says 2 things to fix and the web guard and fraud buster show they need to be setup. When I go to accessibility Trend is on. I turn it off and back on and it fixes the issue. Can you tell me why this may be happening, as I said I've used Trend previously and this was not an issue. I'm about 5 months into this subscription of Trend and I need to make sure this security is actually securing something. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Hello,

The issue occurs because your phone’s battery saver activates at 20–30%, restricting background activity and disabling Trend Micro Mobile Security. To prevent this, please remove Trend Micro Mobile Security from the battery saver list in your phone settings.
