added android device, activation code copied from PC to android device,
device says expired and won't give details about threat the scan says it found

but PC says it is active until January 2026

how to fix?

Please uninstall your Trend Micro Mobile Security and follow the instructions below:


Get Trend Micro from the Play Store

  1. Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. In the search field, type Trend Micro Mobile Security, then tap the search icon (🔍).
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Wait for the installation to finish, then tap Open.

Review Privacy and Data Collection

  1. Read the Privacy and Data Collection notice.
  2. If you want to help improve the app, tap I agree to share usage data. (This is optional)
    You can also allow personalized notifications from Trend Micro.
  3. Tap Accept and Continue to move forward.

Activate Your Protection

  1. Choose how you want to activate your protection:
    • Use an Activation Code – Enter your activation code if you have one.
    • Sign In to Use Existing License – Log in with your Trend Micro Account.
