Cannot activate my Mobile Security, says forbidden, although I insert the avtivation key?

Can you try the steps on How to activate Mobile Security for Android | Trend Micro Help Center to try and activate Trend Micro Mobile Security using your Trend Micro account.

If you are still encountering the issue, please help attached a screen shot of the error message you are getting.
