Normalement, pour ce type de problème, en cas de problème avec le numéro de série, vous devez d’abord vérifier auprès d’eux car ils gèrent la distribution des licences et en cas de problème, ils contacteront Trend Micro qui peut vérifier la licence car ils disposent des informations d’identification nécessaires pour vérifier le compte de ces licences d’achat.
