I can't cancel my auto-renew. i get this error after filling out the form. also nobody can tell me what card details they have on file for my subscription.

Can you please help me here so i dont have any payments come through

it always says "oops something went wrong"

I cannot do anything to get to where I can even try to cancell my subscription and no phone help all is use the AI help which IS NO HELP AT ALL.
